1. Refund Policy
1.1 Refund Eligibility
Full subscription refunds will be initiated for the ELD Prime Device. Customers have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund.
1.2 Condition of the Device
The ELD device must be returned to its original condition. All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included. The device must be unused or only lightly used.
1.3 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Adapters and cables are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.4 Charges for Unreturned/Damaged/Lost Hardware (Kinexa Prime)
If the customer fails to return the ELD Prime hardware, returns it damaged, or if the item is lost, Kinexa reserves the right to charge a fee of $150, known as Return Fees or Replacement Fees.
1.5 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Note: For other hardware devices (e.g., Kinexa Prime, AI Dashcam, Asset Trackers & IoT Sensors), these are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased, these hardware products cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. However, customers can cancel their subscription 15 days before the next billing date.

2. Cancellation Policy (Commitment & Termination)
2.1 Early Cancellation
Suppose the customer cancels their subscription before the end of the agreed term (e.g., cancelling a 12-month contract after 6 months). In that case, Kinexa reserves the right to charge the customer’s payment method for the remaining subscription balance. Kinexa will process any eligible refunds post-cancellation. The contract terms remain in effect until terminated as described here. The subscription will automatically renew for an additional “n” month period (Renewal Term) at the regular rate unless the customer provides notice at least 15 days before the renewal date. The customer is responsible for all fees until the end of the current contract period.
2.2 Autopay & Automatic Renewal
Customer subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the Subscription Term. The renewal payment will be automatically charged to the default payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) on file. For annual or long-term subscriptions, renewal will occur for an additional 12-month period. For monthly or quarterly subscriptions, renewals will occur for 1 or 3-month periods, respectively.
2.3 Cancellation Before Automatic Renewal
If a customer wishes to cancel before automatic renewal, they must contact Kinexa Support at [email protected] or call 000-000-0000 at least 15 days before the renewal date.
Note: Customers acknowledge that Kinexa can charge their credit card for any fees, including Replacement Fees or Restoration Fees. We use a third-party payment processor, and the terms and privacy policies of the payment processor apply. Kinexa may periodically impose charges (e.g., monthly fees, renewals, additional orders) without further customer consent. This will continue until the customer provides written notice 15 days before the next billing cycle to terminate this authorization or change their payment method.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Device Returns (Kinexa Prime)
To qualify for a refund, the ELD Prime Device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. If the customer fails to return the hardware or returns it in a damaged state, Kinexa reserves the right to charge a Return Fee or Replacement Fee of $150.
3.2 Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
